Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
Shipping method & cost
Standard Shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area.
Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 07:00PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the starting point for calculating handling time. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on weekends or applicable public holidays, use the next business day as the starting point.
Handling time
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. federal public holidays.
Transit & estimated delivery
Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Handling plus transit gives an estimated total of 4–6 business days from the applicable handling start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
