Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact support@lixor.art with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and the return address before sending your item. Our return address is 322 W Main St, Tilton, NH 03276, United States.
Return shipping & restocking
If we made an error, or your item arrived damaged or defective, lixor covers the applicable return shipping cost. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We will arrange the appropriate resolution with you and cover applicable return shipping.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be refunded automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
